Kusdama flower ball

This weeks project took me Hours and Lots of paper folding/gluing

Start with a 2" sqaure

 Fold it in half to form a triangle

 Than take the corner & bring in down on itself - do this on both sides
 To get this!
 Undo that & fold the little flap up like this, it should already have the fold there just follow it
 To get this
 This can be alittle tricky if you haven't done it before but Im hoping this pictures help, grab that fold and put it down
 Like this
 to get this
 Again the folds are already there for this but fold that bit you just squashed in half, I toook this pictures in the wrong order but undo this and fold that top bit down
 Like this

 Now fold in half, I used a stapler to hold it together but seems tombow glue works great too :)

Do alot of these petals & stick them all together I found 7 formed a perfect lower keep going until you have 12 whole flowers (not the best pictures as Im sat on the floor ready for using my glue gun
Once that is all done you need to stick the flowers together to form a ball, stick 6 together first than the next 6 to get two halfs than stick them together to get this ... I used my hole punch to punch a hole in two petals and inserted a ribbon for hanging purposes

I hope you enjoyed :D

 Cut along the scored lines

 Now cut out two pieces of different color card whichever color you like :) I picked white at 13cmx8cm and Orange at 11cmx6cm

I stuck 5 raised sticky pads to the back of the orange and I put it on top of the white piece and used a stamp from my wedding collection to stamp Thank you in the corner, I than did the same with the white piece and stuck it to the lid, stick your box together, I always use my glue gun for this but sticky tape will do too :)

I used the stampin up flower stamp set & the pansy punch to do the flower which I stuck in the top right corner

You should now have a box :)

Nappy card

Heya *waves*

I really enjoyed making this one, Hope you do to :) I may confuse you all alittle I'm showing you me making a a plain but towards the end show you the pink one I made for a friend of mine ...

Take a single piece of 8x8 card or paper, paper is alot easier to fold up how we are going to to be honest

 Fold the paper in half to form a triangle
 I marked the middle with a pencil so I knew where to pull the top down but you don't really need to
 Pull the top of the triangle down to the dot you made with the pencil

 Now pull the corners in and fold towards the middle on both sides and secure with sticky tape or glue and decorate as you wish :)
 I obviously decorated mine for a baby girl but choice whichever colour your making for, perfect for mum :D

 and you get a little pocket in which you can pop money or a giftcard or maybe just a little card to say congratulation

Supplies used were -

* Plain paper
* Stampin up trimer to trim down to 8x8
* Double sided tape
* embellishments I wanted to use for the card

I'm not around tomorrow due to work but on sunday plan to share another type of birthday card/giftcard holder and maybe a box ;)
